The Seven Continents invites you to taste seven unique gin cocktails, each inspired by a different continent and crafted to surprise and delight. A selection of cocktails have been made using Greytown Distilling Co. gin and comes with a beautifully designed cocktail card, so you can discover the story behind each cocktail as you sip. Whether you’re a gin lover or just keen to try something new, this is a tasting experience made to be enjoyed.

Kick off the festival with us on The White Swan Deck from 5–8:30pm. Ease into the evening with live music from local legend Will Prior and friends, a great atmosphere, and cocktails worth lingering over.

In collaboration with Greytown Distilling Co. and as part of the Greytown International Cocktail Festival, we invite you to an indulgent lunch in our award-winning Captain’s Dining Room. Discover four beautifully paired gins alongside a four-course menu by Head Chef Tim Stephenson, with comedian Greg Ellis adding a clever comedic twist through his unforgettable gin sermon. Sophisticated, surprising, and seriously fun.

We’re back on the road — and the law’s still in hot pursuit. After a sell-out first year, The Bootleggers Run returns to the Wairarapa for another wild day of vintage wheels, fine wine, and a touch of mischief. Hosted by us, The White Swan, teams will set off across the region — collecting contraband (the fun kind), tasting their way through local wineries, and earning their loot as they go.
Dress in your finest tweed, suspenders, and 1920s swagger, then gather your crew for a day of laughter, stories, and spirited competition.
