The Seven Continents invites you to taste seven unique gin cocktails, each inspired by a different continent and crafted to surprise and delight. A selection of cocktails have been made using Greytown Distilling Co. gin and comes with a beautifully designed cocktail card, so you can discover the story behind each cocktail as you sip. Whether you’re a gin lover or just keen to try something new, this is a tasting experience made to be enjoyed.

Adding a twist of humour to the mix, comedian Greg Ellis delivers a one-of-a-kind “gin sermon” — guaranteed to delight both your taste buds and your funny bone. This is the ultimate experience for foodies, gin lovers, and anyone who enjoys a great time.

The Rising is where the good times lift. From 2PM, settle in for live music, easy afternoon energy, and a laid-back session in our Garden Bar. Expect sunshine vibes, Greytown Distilling Co. G+Ts poured straight from the keg, and a lineup of refreshing cocktails made for long-weekend sipping.

We’re back on the road — and the law’s still in hot pursuit. After a sell-out first year, The Bootleggers Run returns to the Wairarapa for another wild day of vintage wheels, fine wine, and a touch of mischief. Hosted by us, The White Swan, teams will set off across the region — collecting contraband (the fun kind), tasting their way through local wineries, and earning their loot as they go.
Dress in your finest tweed, suspenders, and 1920s swagger, then gather your crew for a day of laughter, stories, and spirited competition.
