THE BOOTLEGGERS' RUN SUNDAY 19 APRIL 2026
We’re back on the road — and the law’s still in hot pursuit!
After a sell-out first year, The Bootleggers Run returns to the Wairarapa for another wild day of vintage wheels, fine wine, and a touch of mischief. Hosted by us, The White Swan, teams will set off across the region — collecting contraband (the fun kind), tasting their way through local wineries, and earning their loot as they go.
Dress in your finest tweed, suspenders, and 1920s swagger, then gather your crew for a day of laughter, stories, and spirited competition.

THE ROUTE & THE LOOT
This year’s run will take you through some of our favourite Wairarapa haunts — the cellar doors, distilleries, and hidden gems that make this region so special.
At every stop, you’ll flash your Bootleggers Passport to claim your cut — special offers, treats, and a little contraband from our local friends along the way.
Adventure — and a few surprises — await on the open road. Trust us — you’ll want to keep your eyes peeled for what’s on offer.
