The White Swan functions and accommodation booking terms & conditions.

Accommodation

Our standard cancellation policy due to a change of mind or change of arrangement - Cancellation can be made up to 2 days of arrival date. If cancelled before the 2 days there will be no booking fees or charges. If your cancel within the 2 days you will forfeit 100% of your total booking price. All cancellations must be received in writing either via email or phone.

Charges may apply for damages to White Swan buildings or property.

Functions

TENTATIVE BOOKINGS

We will hold a tentative booking for a maximum of 14 days. If you do not confirm your booking in this time we reserve the right to release the space without notice.

CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT

Please confirm your booking, together with a deposit if required, within 14 days of the booking form being signed and returned. Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of the deposit.

CHANGE OF MIND OR CHANGE OF ARRANGEMENT CANCELLATION

Cancellation of a booking must be advised via email or phone. If the event is cancelled with less than 14 day’s notice, the deposit may be refunded only if the booking capacity is resold. An administration fee of $100.00 will be deducted from all refunded deposits.
