The Captain’s Dining Room: Located within the hotel’s classic architecture, this fine-dining space has been recognised in the Top New Zealand Restaurants list in the Cuisine Good Food Guide for three years running. Here, our seasonal menu is curated by our Executive Chef and Head Chef, celebrating the best of Wairarapa’s artisan producers and coastal harvests. Available from 5pm Wednesday to Sunday.
Gastro Bar: Just a few steps away, our gastro-bar offers a more relaxed setting with a modern menu of locally inspired favourites and a full beverage programme featuring craft beer, regional wines and creative cocktails. There are multiple zones including the front bar, galley, garden bar and sun-filled deck — perfect for catching up, unwinding or a night on the move.
Garden Bar & Deck: Our outdoor areas blends lush garden ambience with local flavour — ideal for drinks and shared plates in the afternoon or early evening under the open sky.
