After being crowned the Wairarapa Burger Wellington Winner in 2024 and 2025, we're back to defend the title... and we'd love your help. Could this be the three-peat?

Meet 'Talk Birdy To Me'

Layers of tender chicken breast, rich chicken mousse and savoury sourdough stuffing, crumbed and fried until golden. Topped with red pepper, tomato and cherry relish, silky Gruyère cheese sauce, crispy housemade bacon, and a chicken skin cracker for the ultimate crunch. All served on a Clareville Bakery sun-dried tomato bun with fresh Rebel Gardens lettuce, alongside fries and roast chicken gravy.
