On Friday 12 June, for one evening only, we’re opening the doors to The Captain’s Dining Room for an exclusive first look at our brand new seasonal dining menu.

Executive Chef Tim Stephenson and his team invite you to experience an intimate 7-course tasting menu, thoughtfully curated to showcase every new dish before the menu officially launches. Each course has been designed to give you a taste of the full dining experience — refined, generous, and beautifully balanced.

Expect fine dining in a warm, relaxed atmosphere, shared around the Chef’s table with great company and exceptional food. With just 30 seats available, this evening has been intentionally designed to feel personal, seamless, and considered.
