Celebrating Anna: Swan's Hospitality Manager recognised as Wellington's Emerging Hospitality Leader

At just 21 years of age, Anna's journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Since joining The White Swan two years ago, she has rapidly established herself as an outstanding hospitality professional, earning the respect of colleagues, guests, and industry peers alike.

As Experience Manager, Anna oversees the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel's accommodation, bar, functions, conferences, and front-of-house experience. Her responsibilities span everything from team leadership and rostering to stock control, performance management, conference bookings, and customer experience.

Despite the breadth of her role, Anna approaches every challenge with calm professionalism, maturity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to bring people together have made her an invaluable leader within the business.

Having grown up in a hospitality family, Anna has always had a passion for the industry. She gained her Manager's Certificate soon after joining the team and quickly progressed through the business, becoming the natural choice to step into the Experience Manager role last year.
